Rochelle Vander Munnik is the CEO/Founder of Seize Your Development Inc. that specializes in creating uplifting and psychologically safe environments for both individuals and organizations through optimizing people engagement and process efficiency. She also has recently started a YouTube page named RochelleCamile where she encourages people and reminds them that they are loved by God. Rochelle lives in Hamilton, Ontario with her husband Thomas and dog Izik.
