This cohort, led by the New Leaf Network team is designed specifically for multivocational leaders in their unique ministry. The team will be joined by practitioners on the frontlines of ministry, for a time of discussion, encouragement, prayer and Q&A from those serving local churches and ministries.
Am I a multivocational minister?
If you are a leader in Christian ministry (paid or unpaid) who also works (paid or unpaid) in another vocational role (an additional ministry or other vocation) then you are a multivocational leader. Don’t underestimate the complexity of your vocational mix. Consider if you have a role as a parent or student, or hold an ongoing volunteer role. All these additional hats in your context can contribute to your multivocational life.

What to expect
We are on this journey together. We don’t claim to have all the answers, but what we do know is that the collective wisdom of the brave, creative multivocational leaders in Canada is a blessing to each other and the Canadian church. We will journey together to develop a collection of challenges in multivocational life and surface the genius in the room to face those challenges. Each month we will host a facilitated Zoom session. This won’t be a talking-head webinar, it will be a time to talk and question and support each other. In addition, we will share a resource each month with you from research and testimony of Canadian multivocational leaders.
